1. Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering premium quality jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our comprehensive return and refund policy is detailed below to ensure a seamless and fully compliant process.

1. Standard Return Window Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period) For customers residing within the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The same eligibility criteria listed below apply to these returns.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Returns Jewelry is delicate and subject to strict hygiene and quality standards. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any branded boxes, pouches, warranty cards, and authenticity certificates.

  • Tags: All original tags must remain completely intact and attached to the jewelry.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly exempt from being returned:

  • Pierced jewelry (such as earrings) once the hygienic seal has been broken or removed.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@nadiclo.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfillment. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Safe Transit: Because jewelry is high-value, you must consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for items lost in transit.

6. Inspection and Refund Process Once your return is received at our facility, it will be thoroughly inspected by our quality control team.

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment processor to post the refund to your account.

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you have received an approval email but haven't received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is cleared.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@nadiclo.com.

8. Defective or Damaged Items We take pride in our craftsmanship, but occasionally, transit damage or manufacturing defects can occur. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@nadiclo.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect. We will immediately arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the defective item.

 


2. Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are meticulously prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information.

2. Estimated Shipping Times We proudly offer expedited and secure shipping to all of our customers across Europe.

  • Standard European Delivery: 7 to 12 business days.

Please note that external factors such as customs clearance, severe weather, or local postal delays may occasionally impact these timeframes. These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We frequently offer free shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically at checkout if your order qualifies.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For orders delivered within the European Union, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • NADICLO LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

  • The customer is completely responsible for complying with local laws and paying any applicable customs duties or VAT required to clear the package.

5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@nadiclo.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at contact@nadiclo.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, NADICLO LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your delivery address is a secure location.
