This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the processing, shipping, and delivery expectations for all orders placed through NADICLO LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING Due to the delicate nature of jewelry, all orders undergo a strict quality control inspection and secure packaging process before leaving our facilities.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email containing your tracking information once your order has successfully shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may experience slight delays.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND TIMES We currently specialize in fulfilling orders across Europe. We partner with reliable, premium logistics networks to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Standard European Delivery: 7 to 12 business days.
Note: These delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, external factors such as severe weather, postal strikes, or customs delays are outside of our control and may occasionally impact delivery times.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you enter your payment information. If you qualify for a free shipping promotion, it will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout.
SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at contact@nadiclo.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.
SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (EU) For orders delivered within the European Union, your package may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and/or Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by the destination country's government.

The recipient of the order is designated as the importer of record and is solely responsible for complying with local laws and paying any applicable customs duties or taxes required to clear the package from customs.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping fees or penalties incurred will be deducted from your final refund.
SECTION 6 - INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES Customers are strictly responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us at contact@nadiclo.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.

NADICLO LLC is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error at checkout.
SECTION 7 - LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES We understand that jewelry is highly valuable, and we take package security seriously.

Damaged in Transit: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nadiclo.com with clear photos of the damage so we can file a carrier claim and expedite a free replacement.

Lost or Stolen: Once a package has been officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier to the address provided, NADICLO LLC cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking link and ensuring someone is available to receive the package, or shipping to a secure location.
